Contribuisci feedbackPer TripAdvisor, opens at 6, so we were looking forward to a great meal before heading out to a tango show. When we got there, tables on sidewalk and the door was open. They insisted that they were not open until 8. So, on to option B. Caught cab to tango show and checked out the eating places near there. Nothing noteworthy around, so ate ar the tango show. Very mediocre meal that was overpriced.
I went to Nonino Restó on a Friday night with a group of 10 people from my work. We were all really satisfied with the service. The waitresses were super friendly, they made several suggestions regarding the dishes and drinks. A great gesture was that the chef, Eva, came over to say hello and to see if everything was ok. We ordered pasta, meat and fish and everything was really tasty. The “corvina cona salsa de Maracuyá” was excellent. The place is not very big, but the quality of the service, the taste of the dishes and the fair prices make our experience excellent. I will definitely return.
I went to that place because it was filtered as vegetarian/vegan place. But there was nothing vegan in the menu. After I was talking to the cook he told me there are pastas that could be vegeterian. The food was OK, but not that good. The staff is very nice, the vibe is good but not friendly to vegeterian/vegan people at all.
We were in Buenos Aires for ten days in May 2015, and ate out quite a bit. We had many great meals, but Nonino was, amazingly, the best meal we had during our entire visit. This seems to be a new, small, just-getting-started restaurant with a young chef and young staff, and just a few tables on several levels. Every course was practically revelatory. At the end of meal, we asked the chef to join us, and he explained the dishes, the ingredients, the preparation, and the history. He obviously loves food.Highly recommended...
I love the service. They will serve what you want, they are ready to modify their menu to your taste.
