Kfc - Buffalo

Very disappointed with the service and the way we were treated. The employees mumble so you can't understand what they are saying and don't even know how combos work. Employees were very rude. Will never go back

I ordered and paid for three pieces of chicken. When I got home and opened the box there was only two. It wasn't that busy either.

We went through the drive-thru ordered from kfc, the young man taking orders, working the window seemed very sweet! But meanwhile we waited about 10 minutes for our food. Which wasn't his fault, there's a lady who left our bag of food on thecounter and walked away. Definitely no team work here!! Got home in 5 minutes with our food cold and nasty..

They forgot to give me a receipt so i ended up waiting very long, and i then asked them if my food was done, i told them I didn?t even know that was my food, because they never gave me the receipt with the number. So needless to say, my food was icecold and I had to wait again for them to make it again.

Every single time we go here we are missing something. When we order a specific BurritoAnd never comes out right. We oder popcorn chicken. We got the bottom of the bag. There is pieces that are hard and small. Not popcorn chicken. I ordered a newchicken too wrap. Their out. I ordered yesterday a meal.they don't have cups and no sauce. This store is going hell..
