Panorama House - BULLI

My husband and I chose Panorama House for our wedding. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and led us to select all bits and pieces that made our wedding amazing. In bad weather, the Panorama House team... had the ceremony to move into a room with 10 minutes hint, but despite this, all looked exceptionally good. At the reception all guests had a great time party with DJ Carl and the venue, food and waiters were great! I am so glad that I chose Panorama House it was the best wedding ever!!!! My friend and I were very excited to spend our anniversary here and had booked three weeks in advance, although it was difficult to contact the business and make this booking as we tried three more times this year without luck. When we arrived, we came to the main building and found a wedding there. When we asked an employee for directions to the restaurant, we were guided in the wrong direction to run around in the rain and fog. We asked two more employees and were finally pointed out where we would eat. We expected to eat in the restaurant above, where all photos online advertising you will eat, but we were directed down into a small, replacement event room with four other tables. There were tables and chairs that were stacked like a storage room in the corner of the room and from below there was no view at all. On the table there was a tiny candle and a large plastic water bottle without a pitcher. Food was very moderate and was expensive. We had expected to pay a little more for what we thought would be good food, but we are very disappointed. My partner was dissatisfied with his meal. He ordered the Ribeye Steak medium rarely, but when it came out, it was well made and carburized. I expected it to be wine on the menu, but was surprised and disappointed not to find any. Considering that we went very out of the way to this place and did not get what was advertised is disgusting. I would expect the venue to alert customers if weddings were to take place as they would not be able to eat in the upper floor restaurant with the view as advertised. If my partner and I knew we wouldn't have bothered. It won't come back.

We went on 7 August 2022 for lunch to Panorama House. We wanted it for the 90. Try our grandfather's birthday party. The following meals were ordered: Pasta, Oysters, garlic bread, steak seafood, chicken dish, seafood plate everything was fabulous. The food was delicious... also had the Arancini that was amazing. Excellent service of employees who were beautiful. I can't wait to return.

Dom and his crew deserve the credit! Weather problems with high winds and rain threaten, some changes had to be made and an outdoor wedding went in. The view over the "Gong was still spectacular and the service went smoothly. There are 3 options... in the panorama and we had the Marquee and proved to be a great choice. It was a stand-up reception with finger food and it was plentiful plus tasty! Beverage service was pleasant and fast and I found the staff friendly and helpful and wore at a great time had from all! Well done Panorama House!

We booked and received a confirmation to our phone with the booking details. When we arrived, we were advised that there was no table available they had weddings there. They said that there was a problem with their on line bookings. So they knew there...was a problem and didn't care enough to phone and let us know they had taken a booking they couldn't fulfil. Almost everyone who comes to this restaurant drives a long way for the location. We had driven down for Sydney for a birthday dinner and then found ourselves stranded with no plans. They did offer to make a booking for us at a restaurant 20 kms away however the pricing of this restaurant was more than double there pricing and was more than we were prepared to spend and it didn't have the views. I emailed the restaurant within a few days and have received no reply.
