Panda Express - Burbank

I was not impressed by the cashier who took my money at this restaurant. I had to wait 5 minutes for my empty food containers to be replaced, and when they were, the cashier handled them with dirty gloves and even rubbed them on the floor. When I asked why he did this, he apologized but offered to bring me a new tablet instead. I insisted on a clean tablet and when my food was finally ready, he handed it to me without including the customary fortune cookie. When I inquired about this, he quickly retrieved two cookies and gave them to me. It is important to be cautious about the food preparation practices at this establishment. The food itself was hot and tasty, but the service left much to be desired.

Experience was pleasant. There was no line, my food was fresh, hot and well seasoned. The staff was courtesy, but not very entertaining, which is good. I still wish they would get a better selection of soda, but it's what it is. I got the larger plate with broccoli and beef, orange chicken, Kung Pao, and two spring rolls and was not disappointed by each of them. This is right at the airport and is a great place for a quick bite.

Usually I like this place, but the last few times they were from my favorite dish (honey sesame chicken breast) so today I got String Bean Chicken. The taste was really good, but the beans were very hard. I don't understand how you don't have any of your most popular entrees in stock and why it takes almost 2 weeks to get more. Is it a truck problem? Next time I could try one of the other Panda locations.

Craving for Chinese take out.... Thanks to UberEats, I don't have to leave the house anymore! They prepared my food in time. Well packed! No food spilled ~ love her grill teriyaki chicken orange chicken. They gave really good portions! I ordered their Bigger Plate, 2 pages 3 Entrees. Perfect to share!

The good thing about this panda is you never get what you ordered so you always get to try something new. This is the fourth time I've gotten a free upgrade to steak or shrimp entrees. Way to go supervisors and management!
