I had to break away from the office today for a lunch. I admit I have never been to Cava. I tend to not go to places that are overly busy for lunch. Since I try to mostly eat a low carb diet, I don't like to hold up the line asking questions about what is this is and what is that. I honestly do love carbs but my hips do not. And ain't nobody got time for that. I asked the Gentleman behind the counter if he could help me figure out what to get. Alejandro was very helpful and suggested a Romaine and Spinach salad mix. I picked grilled chicken, veggies and Greek Vinaigrette dressing. The salad was good and flavorful. I will definitely return here to try other options now that I feel more comfortable.

From the moment I walked through the door, the warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with the outstanding service, made it a truly memorable visit. I would particularly like to commend Manager Ian for his exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a remarkable dining experience … thanks a lot guys for your excellent service and professionalism.
