Banjo's Bakery Cafe - Burnie

The coffee and hot chocolate were nice! Cajun chicken sandwich and Chipotle chicken pita were awesome. This cafe located in a small town of Strahan is a must visit cafe! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Really delicious! As Banjo's is really the only opportunity for breakfast in the area, everyone gathers here. Thankfully we are all met with delicious, home made flavoursome toasties, rolls, pastries and sweets. The sausage roll is the best I've ever had and the rolls weren't far off either. Packed with great flavours and fresh ingredients. We are really satisfied with breakfast and feel well fuelled for the day ahead.

Early morning before leaving Strahan, Jan and I drove back to the row of restaurants along The Esplanade for breakfast.  Banjo 's Bakery Café has many chains across Australia, so we thought its the safest bet to go for good quality breakfast. Skinny Cappuccino, 4.20AUD I started out with a mandatory cup of coffee because I was still probably half asleep at the time. I don 't like adding sugar to my coffee, what about you? The Cappuccino at  Banjo 's Bakery Café had  just the perfect bitterness for me. Steak Pie, 4.80AUD Vegetarian Roll, 4.10AUD   We had ordered an extra pie and a roll for take away in case we 're hungry on the road. There 's many Steak Pie variations to choose from. There are 'Pepper steaks ', 'Steak and Mushrooms ', 'Steak and Bacon ', 'Steak and Cheese '. We picked the Steak and mushrooms. Right in the Centre of town is thus awesome bakery. The sausage roll and spinach and feta roll was delicious. Really good pricing for the quality of the food. Great selection of pies and sausage rolls and cakes and slices. Coffee was great too. Highly recommend and they are a franchise so you can find them in lots of towns in Tasmania.

Good pies! Perfect pastry with delicious fillings. We got the family meal deal which is many pies and lot fo delicious savouries. Everyone was happy and full. Tomato sauce doesn't cost any extra. Lots of picturesque places to eat your pies on the Strahan Harbour.
