Burger King - Burrell

Ordered on the app. Food was fine although it was a greasy mess in the wrapper, way more than normal. But whatever, it was fine. People were nice. All of that was fine.Here is my real issue: HOW CAN FAST FOOD PLACES NOT FIGURE OIT PROCESSES TO ENSURE EVERY BAG HAS NAPKINS?!? Yup, no napkins. Zero napkins. Look, I get it…people are human but napkins are so basic. Luckily we keep napkins but c’mon. Let’s figure this out.

The 2 junior whoppers for $5 was just enough for a quick lunch.

Always quick with the correct order. I always substitute the default for my taste and get fresh food as a result. I have never had a delay for my special order.

They have signs up for specials 2 for $5 but unless you specifically tell them you want that price you will be charged full price. Also very stale dry buns and fries are 3/4 full.

It is typical BK food, the staff were very nice and the place clean but the wait was God awful. It would have been quicker to go through drive though.Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger is not bad and there is the fish sandwich.
