Burger King - Burtonsville

For years this Burger King has been subpar, providing unfriendly service around the clock, but it has now reached new lows.They do no longer provide cups for water and their ice cream cones have become crystalized yellow goo (see picture (the paper around the cone is white... I don't know what color to call the ice cream, so I am going to call it yellow, but mustard is probably a more apt choice .

I only get the impossible burger because it is all I can eat. It's as good as it can be. The part though, this branch was open throughout the entire shopping center being closed.. FOR YEARS.. Nearly a decade.. Such kind and dedicated employees (being there during the shopping center closures, maybe not to fast food service idk their life stories.)Vegetarian options: ..... impossible whopper is the only thing you can get, kidParking: No need to worry about parking.. It exists in a sea of open spots

Worst Burger King I ever been to, staff is extremely rude and manager also don’t have any customer service skills, avoid this place ????

Been here twice, both times the chicken fries were fresh! Usually at other burger kings they taste like dirty old socks because they have been sitting around.

Excellent customer service. Food very hot and tasty.
