Mcdonald's - Burtonsville

Slovest darn mcds go through the planet! I drove to the next cabinet, for faster, less frustrating service.

Waited at drive thru for 5 minutes for someone to answer then all of a sudden I ordered and on my way quick. I guess shift changed.

When employees don't care about their job it's obvious. This is my neighborhood McDonald's. I ordered two hash browns, pulled off, realized I only had one after I was on my way to an obligated event. I can't turn back. I called the store. The number is out of service that is on Google maps. I basically donated money to McDonald's for no reason and poor service

I had the best experience here yesterday evening in the drive thru. My order was perfect but what really made it special was the great customer service. The gentleman at the first window was so cordial. It was a real treat.

Bought a spicy chicken deluxe meal, and the chicken patty was like 40% fat that was stringy and pulled the sandwich apart when trying to eat it. Couldn't even finish the sandwich just threw it away, a waste of money.
