Papa Johns Pizza - Burtonsville

Takeout stops more than an hour before delivery service ends? That's ridiculous!

The customer service was poor. The manager, Derwin, was incredibly rude and impatient. I would not recommend going here. He seemed like he was having a bad day.

One of my favorite spots! The staff is friendly, the orders are always accurate, and the service is exceptional.

Pizza was ordered at 6:00 PM ETA was 40 minutes. I called at 7:00 PM I was advised my order had already been delivered. Checked my front door nothing. I was then advised I could be given a refund or pick up the order. I should have never ordered with it already having 3 star rating, but I was desperate.

I have never seen anything like it in my life pizza all smashed up have no service at my house so couldnt call about it and I'm not wasting any more of my time driving up there. Do not order here.
