Sigh... I've given this place multiple attempts, especially since it's so close to my house. It's the only thing around for when I'm too lazy to cook. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone, the service has been awful. The wait time is usually long; on the last occasion I went there, I ordered through the slice app for pickup and they didn't receive my order. So it was an additional 40 minute wait. The food truly is decent, but my god, the service just keeps getting worse. I haven't gone there since the slice incident, but I rather them have mediocre food with good service, than what they have going on now.

Horrible. Place seems extremely unsanitary. Rude boss. Aggressive towards young employees, young girl was trying to ring me out and he kept yelling. Absolutely disgusting. The young girl does a fantastic job by herself. Boss needs to step up. Surprised a health inspector or child protective services hasn’t come in yet. Never coming here again don’t waste your money. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED FOR AWFUL FOOD, except for the cold sandwiches, only thing worth the money.

Unsanitary conditions and understaffing are persistent issues. The manager's behavior towards the staff, including yelling, creates an uncomfortable environment. He belittles young employees while it is very obvious that she is alone and without help while he just barks orders at her. Food is disgusting needs much improvement. The cold sandwiches were the only appetizing thing probably because you can’t really mess it up.
