Splash Seafood Restaurant - CAIRNS CITY

During our visit to the market, a local recommended that we have dinner at Splash. We had a wonderful evening on our last night in Cairns. The staff was friendly and provided professional service, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The menu featured delicious fish and seafood from the family business, with the chef offering a variety of options to cater to cultural diversity. The presentation of the dishes was innovative, and the flavors were perfectly combined to tantalize our taste buds. The wine pairings were excellent, and the complimentary musket was a delightful way to end the meal. Although we didn't have room for dessert after the generous main courses, we were impressed by the quality of the food. We look forward to returning to Splash, especially to try their special lunch menu which offers great value for money.

Fish and chips and sparkling wine/beer for two at 43 dollars, perfect for the budget. Tasty battered fish and just the right size for me. Friendly staff

My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant. She ordered the seafood chowder and I had the mackerel with salad. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We would definitely eat here again as the staff made us feel very welcome. A big shoutout to the chef and all the staff for a great dining experience.
