Dairy Queen - Cairo

The experience just riding through to grab a cold treat I really enjoyed the new dipped cones they are very fruity and cool and delicious the customer service was very warm and the service was very own point keep up the good work you guys.

My wife and I stopped at the Dairy Queen in Cairo for lunch. I had a chili-cheese dog that was absolutely delicious. I also ordered onion rings. They were nice and crispy,fried just right. My wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. I ate the lastbite of her burger and can tell you it was also delicious.

The employees here make you feel like part of the family if you're a frequent costumer, they always get my order right, and the food always tastes great overall 10/10 experience would definitely recommend

Really great food. they are usually packed but they always give me my order on time and they have Eliceo as a great cook, (i recommend you have him make it because he loves to take his time on the burgers, hence their store phrase, not fast food, we 'refan food .

Over CHARGING CUSTOMERS! So I work next to a DQ and every 2 weeks I treat myself and I get the same thing every time. When the young lady said my total, I thought it was high. When I got up to the window and I asked her why it was so much, she got a hugeattitude and read back my order and asked if I wanted a receipt. Of course, I said yes. Right after she gave me my change andreceipt, she hurried with my food. As I drove away I glanced down and saw I was individually charge rather than an meal like Irequested with substitute items like cheese curds and a blizzard. I went back to the drive thru and asked what is the charge forsubstituting a blizzard and she said they are rang up separately. I said thanks and drive off. Now this over charge of $3.00 isper person and it got me thinking about all the other times I've been over charged when I've taken my family of 6 there over thepast 16 years. I went on the DQ app and placed the exact same order and it was $3.00 less. Sadly, we won't be eating hereanymore and now when I hear people in our small town talk about how DQ has been I've over charging, I can pull up my pictures toconfirm it. I'm posting my pictures of my receipt along with how I order on the DQ app. Clearly it shows that a blizzard CAN besubstituted for a drink for a small charge.
