Dunkin' - Cairo

I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, and each bagel was slathered with way too much butter. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 1.

I signaled to the staff and informed them that I believed they had the wrong order. The employee checked and insisted that it was correct. I pointed out that it wasn't toasted and was missing the veggie cream cheese. She just pointed to a speck of poppy seed and claimed it was an "everything" bagel, then told me I hadn't ordered an everything bagel at all. However, my receipt clearly stated "everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese." Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she chastised me and handed me the bag back. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I will never return; it's disappointing that they couldn’t simply admit their mistake and correct it instead of lying when it was clearly documented on my receipt. Overall, a terrible experience.
