Subwayrestaurants - Cairo

I love this restaurant in Cairo. It is the best Subway restaurant in the USA.

I wanted to give compliments to the chef tonight, but when I tried calling, there was no answer. That chicken ranch and honey mustard sub I had was the best I've ever had in my life!

Not great. The waitress said it would take five minutes to cook bacon for my salad. Why don't they have the pre-cooked bacon that every other Subway has? It has the same smell and look as a Subway, but it's located in Cairo, a struggling small town, barely holding on.

I just wish they would stay open until 10 like their sign says! Ughhhh.

Utterly fantastic to have a new restaurant in Cairo. The vision of city historian, and city treasurer, Preston Ewing is being realized. The city has stabilized. It will never be what it once was but, as Preston says, we can be a fine small town, a great place to live. Congratulations, Cairo and Preston.
