However, I cannot speak to the service on non-event nights, as during the events they did not offer table service for orders. Instead, patrons had to place their orders at the bar and drinks were promptly delivered to their table. The atmosphere of the pub, located in a basement with slightly intimidating stairs leading down, was surprisingly cozy. There were billiard tables, pinball machines, and ample seating, including a section with couches and cozy chairs. Additionally, there were numerous LCD screens throughout the pub.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was really enjoyable, especially the Fry Bar which offers a variety of unique and fun toppings for French fries. The Jerk Chicken wings were delicious. They also have great live music, making it a must-visit place.
I used to work at Lord Nelson and had always heard good things about this pub, but had never visited before. On a Simpson's trivia game night, I finally went and was impressed by the great selection of craft beers on tap. The pub also had a few billiard tables that were in good condition and provided a fun atmosphere. They have a great stage for bands, which I hope to see in the future. In addition, there is a room with leather-bound books that doesn't seem to be frequented by many. I tried the pizza and was impressed by the build-your-own style, I would definitely recommend it.
Another big HTDJ. The employees were really at the top of things, Chris rocked the music and midnight went without a hitch
I was visiting Dickens Pub for birthday parties and other festivities and we always celebrated perfectly in this pub.The music is usually mixed and has many styles on great hits to offer.I absolutely loved the hang the Dj oldies night.I recommend this place to peoples...who likes to go out at night and dance a lot to other music types than just to house and trance.
