I booked this hotel last minute, as my boyfriend and I were going to Banff for the weekend to see friends. For a low cost; we booked the King Suite and definitely was not disappointed! Hotel was very clean, Staff were amazing friendly, and the breakfast was 10/10! Thank you Country Inn for your hospitality and low cost! We will be returning customers for sure in the future!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. Originally, it was because it was inexpensive and close to the airport, but it turned out to be a fantabulous stay! The staff was like family. They were available and ready to help when we had questions or needed help. It's close to great restaurants like Joey Barlow's and Earl's. It's also close to downtown Calgary. Lastly, but most importantly, it's clean and quiet!

If you want to suffer even for one overnight flight delay, you should go to that horrible hotel. Receptionists, managers, coffee makers in the morning housekeepers, every one has been chosen to be so disagreeable and anti human, it is unheard that such a hotel still operates. Needless to say you are stranded in a middle of nowhere n Calgary, this hotel sucks like you have no idea. I would rather sleep under the stars that sleep again at that hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Pillows were extremely thin, so called front desk for 2 more. After 10 minutes the front desk called me back and said they didn't have an extra pillow, not in the entire building. Not one! He said they were all dirty! I can't believe that a hotel finds it impossible to find 2 pillows! I also booked for 4 people and the room we got only had towels, etc. for 3! Next time I will stay at a hotel that has more pillows actually books for the number of people requested!

I stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest 2.5-3 stars hotel in Calgary with free wifi, free parking, free breakfast with close proximity to the downtown and the airport at the time. I certainly was not disappointed. They offer free shuttle to/from the airport during your stay. We utilized the shuttle service to pick us up and the shuttle bus came very quickly. We followed their intruction (on their website) and called them up from the free courtesy phone at the airport to have the shuttle pick us up and the shuttle was there within minutes! Upon checking in, there were some cookies, candy, fruits, coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel is not fru fru, glamorous or fancy but it was very clean and has a good size room and very comfortable bed. We were staying in a room with a king size bed. The next morning, breakfast was pretty descent. There were eggs, bacon, self-made waffle, pastries, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurts, cereals, juices, fruits etc. Good amount of selection. The eggs though, tasted like something from a package/frozen stuff... and the bacons were soaked in grease, cold and could have been a lot crispier..but well for the price we paid for the room, the breakfast was descent. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on the facility.. but overall, we had a pleasant stay and checking in/out was super easy and fast..no complaint!
