Muni 10 makes me want to fucking commit suicideLiterally doesn't even come half the time.

Though the ride itself is a really unpleasant one, I greatly appreciate the driver of today's muni 10 Bus, APRIL 5, 2016, currently 8:02 AM.

I'm one of those people who never complain about my service at a restaurant, however this experience is definitely worth sharing. An absolute **** hole, and I'll tell you exactly why. First of all, one of the people I went with had their order came very late, about half an hour after the rest of the orders came (So much for their guaranteed 20 minute food preparation time as listed on their menu). I ordered the Butter Chicken which was absolutely plain, with chicken uneatable as burnt toast. My buddy ordered the Peri Peri Chicken which was pretty much burnt all over, and had no taste of the actual peri peri sauce. The naan bread we shared was hard as a hockey puck (overused the yeast, or worse, served us the naan from days ago). When my other friend, who was still waiting on his order finally got his food, it wasn't even what he actually ordered. On top of everything, when we addressed our concern to our waitress (who loves spending time with her boyfriend rather than serving the customers), she first began to come back at us very rudely, denying all of our complaints, and told us "I'm trying very hard to control my anger with you guys." Then she lied about being the manager, and when the real manager came, he also acted very rudely, as if he didn't care about the service his customers get. Overall, this restaurant is perfect for low-life screw ups, because that's what all of their employees are. No respect, value, or care, for their customers.

We enjoyed our dinner here so much when we last visited in March that we made a point to have dinner here again during our summer visit to Calgary. The restaurant was quite overall but service was great and the food was excellent again!
