As I waited, the line behind me kept growing, and it felt like an eternity had passed. When I finally got the new onion rings, I asked again if they were hot. I was told yes, but when I took a handful, they were still cold. I was given another offer for fresh ones, but by that point, I had lost trust in their quality and didn’t want to hold up the line further. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said I would report this issue, which is what I'm doing now. I find it unacceptable that I was misled not just once, but twice. This is simply wrong. Goodbye.

I received soggy sweet potato fries after returning home, and there was no chipotle sauce included. It was quite disappointing.

Has anyone here actually tasted an authentic pfeifenhund? What did I just get? 1) An uncut, boiled hot dog? 2) Heaps of relish? 3) A slice of cheese? 4) Awful, gummy bacon? 5) So packed that the wrapper was a mess because the rolls were cut all the way through... I was really excited to hear that the pfeifenhund was back, but this was a huge disappointment!

Forgot items in our order, so we called to address this and the person who picked up GASLIGHTED us telling us that the items were in the bag when they weren’t?! Super rude and extremely unapologetic… We then asked to talk to the manager in which the employee said she was the manager but then later on said she was actually the supervisor… and refused to give the area managers number because she didn’t know? How does the “manager” not know her companies higher ups? She then hung up on us. What a crazy experience…so disappointed

Very disappointed food was cold and not fresh. I think it's very rude that the staff speaks in there language in front of customers, if you are going to be in the services industry speak English.
