We went tonight to your paw patrol kids event . We arrived at 230 and were the first table being sat .Shantelle. Lady with red hair pulled back took us to the top section .We had reserved a table for 5 .Yes 2 teenagers 2 adults and a child 6. We were taken to the worst table in the top corner facing the wall a table for 4 with a chair stuck in the aisle . The gm manager slapped the menus down and walked away . I ga e her one of those are we gonna fit looks. She didn’t care . We were rammed right in there tightly .Once the other arrived to us 2 adults and a child we couldn’t move . The food was tasty and the waitress was amazing . She was polite and efficient . When the gm Shantelle lady with red hair came over and said was everything okay, II attempted to explain to her that the table didn’t work for us I was ready to tell her why and she interrupted me and said I heard you and hastily walked away. Honestly you should care whether your customers are comfortable and you should pay attention to people who have disabilities .She was rude in every which way She needs to be taken out with the trash she’s definitely not a team leader or a good asset for your company .you should make the waitress that served us your general manager she’s got a lot more to offer.
