The culinary artistry is evident in every dish - from the delicious pizza to the delectable seafood and heavenly desserts. The chefs clearly have a passion for their craft. I have dined here multiple times and have never been disappointed.
I had a great experience at this restaurant with delicious pasta and pizza at a reasonable price. I heard that they offer even cheaper prices during happy hour, which is every day of the week. My favorite dishes were the vongole and the pizza. We also ordered the cauliflower appetizer (not pictured) and I felt like it was trying too hard to mimic a chicken wing.
My husband and I went on a Sunday date night and were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The tables seemed dirty and the overall vibe of the restaurant was outdated and in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite this, we can handle a rustic atmosphere. However, several things went wrong during our visit. Our cutlery was dirty, and when we asked for new cutlery (specifically a spoon for pasta), it was also dirty. Additionally, I ordered pizza but was brought a pasta dish instead. The waiter questioned if I had made a mistake in my order, and then asked if I wanted the pasta dish to be fired or not. Feeling pressured and not wanting to waste food, I ended up keeping the pasta. I had hoped that they would compensate for the mistake by offering to cover the cost of the pasta and drinks, but unfortunately, we were still charged full price. My husband ended up eating my dinner reluctantly to avoid wasting food. If the mistake had been corrected immediately or if we were not charged for the incorrect dish, I might have considered returning. However, the lack of accountability and customer service has now deterred us from coming back. Spending $80 and not receiving what we ordered is unacceptable. This is not the kind of service and business operation that I would expect.
The service was excellent, but there are a few things that disturbed us. first the carbonara was okay, but it was more like mac and cheese than a carbonara (also saw as mac and cheese). second, the constant flow of skip the dishes or door dash driver going through the main restaurant really detracts from the experience. especially when they observe that some of these individual swinging around the pockets and only take one with mouth. Although it could be entertaining for some, I think it is quite dangerous and really not so attractive. they really should go through the back door. I would add that the prices are still good and we enjoy eating. it was not the standard we appreciate, especially with the constant flow of the supplied grater.
My friend ordered the risotto and I had the seafood linguine (fruite de mare) and we both really enjoyed the taste of our meals. cibo has an entertaining atmosphere, but still allows a talk with a regular volume. I will be coming back
