Earl's - Calgary

Today, I took my 7-year-old son to Earls for the first time in years, after having boycotted them due to the meat and tipping controversy. I’m glad I did! We had a great time enjoying the mini pizza during happy hour, and the highlight was a fantastic magician who entertained the kids. They really did a wonderful job putting the focus back on customer experience!

Food and service-awesome! Will take relatives and friends soon.

Good service and amazing cocktails. Foods not great....

Had great service from a waitress named Marisa, she was able to put up with my guys who just finished a long set, hats off to her and her awesome service

I'd like to give them 3.5 stars, but it appears that Zomato no longer allows this. We go to this location a lot as it is close to home. The service is fantastic. Whenever there has been an issue, the staff and management have always handled it superbly. I have to say that the few times that I have dined at other Earls, the service has always been great. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but Earls does a top notch job. They are always adding new menu items, service is fantastic and the food always tastes as expected. I'd give it a 5/5 in the chain restaurant category and 3.5 overall compared to all other restaurants. I'm averaging it to 4 only because of the Zomato rating system.
