Famous Wok - Calgary

I visited this restaurant with my two-year-old child and ordered a combo meal. I requested an extra plate and a high chair for my baby, as she likes to feed herself. After paying, I asked the cashier for a spoon and received a rude look before she tossed one on the counter. The service was very poor and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this place. I don't mind paying extra for a plastic spoon, but I expect to be informed beforehand instead of being treated rudely. If this is how the manager allows their staff to behave, I would reconsider dining here again.

This restaurant is amazing and flawless! It showed me that the most delicious food can sometimes be the most affordable.

Worse bubble tea I’ve ever had, it was so watered down I should’ve just got a water bottle.

Lady with the lightly colored hair keep putting her finger into the take out container to hold. She scooped fried rice into the container and it fell onto her finger and then back into the container. The same spot her finger touched she put bbq pork into. All the other ladies hold the take out container at the bottom but she holds it from the side with her finger in the container. I threw out more then half of the food because I didn't want to eat food that came in contact with another person's finger. I'm sure they all wash their hands but I just couldn't eat it.

Terrible experience. The staff is rude and doesn't listen to the customers' requests. I inquired about a specific dish and they brought us something completely different. When we asked about it, they started yelling at us.
