Galaxie Diner - Calgary

The server was welcoming and very attentive. Absolutely lived the coffee. The milkshake was so good. The food was good but not as good as other places but still satisfying.

Old fashioned diner with breakfast food and burgers. The milkshake was tasty. They are quite busy so may have to wait for a table but turnover is fast. Friendly staff. Went on a Friday.

OMG! So good. I have walked past this place hundreds of times and finally had breakfast there on Easter Sunday. Everything was fantastic: the server brought us coffee outside while we waited, wow. Inside it's such an authentic old diner with seating at the bar and a few booths. So cool. The chefs cook the food right in front of your eyes, it was fascinating to watch them work so hard. And the food itself is sublime! What an experience. One thing to note: due to them having 1 smallish grill I can't imagine they can cater to vegans or gluten intolerant people.

Great little brunch spot with all-day breakfast and all-day lunch options. I got myself the galaxy burger from the lunch menu and watched the cook prepared my food on the grill while I sat at the bar. Really friendly staff and delicious diner food. The space is tight so I recommend making a reso. Will have to go back again for their milkshakes!
