Contribuisci feedbackWas looking to get some ramen and found this place. Saw mixed reviews but decided to give it a try to support.Walked into the store and made the order. Lady at counter called us once the order was ready. Tried the food.Ramen Missing taste. Seems like a store bought ramen microwaved. It doesn’t even feel like there was any effort made to make it taste good. 1/10. At first, I thought the price is reasonable but it is not worth even $7.For the time I was at store, I never saw the staff smile or acknowledge that we were there. Customer service is 1/5.Best of luck!
We came in with no customers inside. The cashier was rude and the 2 other ladies were complaining about us ordering a lot. We are a group of 6 so it will be a big order. She was giving us the attitude the whole time we were there.
I took a nice photo, but this is the worst bubble tea I've ever tasted. Milk with sugar and hard balls of tapioca, they were impossible to chew. Never going back to this place(
Only reviewing the service, haven 't tried the food and never will. I was working as a food courier and was sent here to pick up a delivery. I walked up and told the lady who I was picking up for. The customer had ordered 2 items. She told me to cancel the order from my courier app because they were out of 1 of the 2 items. I literally said can 't you just call the customer and ask them if they want something else? she looked me dead in the eye and said no . And usually restaurants see the order minimum of 15 min before a driver is sent over, so it 's not like they didn 't know they couldn 't make the order until I got there. Sidenote: the reason she tried to get me to cancel it from my end is so the restaurant doesn 't have to pay the delivery company for wasting my time. Why would I want to pay for overpriced underportioned food if that 's the level of service I 'm gonna get?
I have visited here multiple times and I often order delivery from them. This time, I stopped by to grab some snack.I have kimbab with spicy pork and oden. I like kimbab from K street, it has a lot of stuffing inside. Oden was ok. Thing about this place is their potion is snack size, meaning it is really small. But the price is not so snack size. So value wise, it is not so great, except Korean corn dogs. Corn dogs are fairly priced, so are kimbabs. This is not Korean restaurant, it is more of snack place. They also do not serve side dishes, FYI.They had beer and soju, I believe they do serve alcohol. Also, they have some pop and Korean pops, you can build combo with certain items.
