Kaffeeklatsch - Calgary

Kaffeeklatsch has moved from its old location at CommunityWise and is now a pop-up that can be found at special events, arts events, or at Shelf Life Books in Mission. Owner and artist Jessica McCarrel is extremely knowledgeable about coffee and her bean selection is fantastic. The way she handcrafts her coffee with precision and creates creamy microfoam sets Kaffeeklatsch apart as the best coffee I have ever had. The only drawback is that after trying hers, I can no longer get excited about Starbucks.

Located in the back of "The Old Y" building this little, really little, pop up coffee shop suffers from the dingy atmosphere of the location. Hard to find as it's tucked away at the end of a dark corridor but the entrepreneurship of Jessica the owner is hard to fault. She brewed an excellent coffee roasted by Rosso and does not offer any cakes or treats, so it is hard to rate the establishment highly when the location lets you down. A change of location and the customers will flock in for Jessica's fragrant brews.

I have been repeatedly asking for this listing to be removed.

Kaffeeklatsch can best be described as a small coffee shop. It is located at the rear of the Community Wise building.
