Shawntal and Emma were amazing! We came in a few nights to dine in and they were super welcoming!Food was on point, I highly suggest the rigatoni!

This is the second time we've dined in the main dining room, and both times the length of time it took for service to be provided was extensive. Tonight I received my food, before my drink after sitting at the table, with two kids, for over 30 minutes. I originally had to return to the host stand to ask if we even had a server. The restaurant seemed short staffed and it was apparent in the wait times poor service. I also find it unacceptable that it's common practice to charge full price $14 for the kids cheeseburger, plus $1 for a gluten free bun, and $2 for veggies when my daughter, who has celiac disease, modified her meal to a cheese bun and veggies. You do not provide a gluten free fryer yet charge to modify her side. She didn't even have meat on her bun, yet we were still charged full price. When I asked to speak to the Manager, our sever refused to get he/she responded that this is what the manager told her to charge. It's totally unacceptable! I also paid full price for my drink that arrived over 30 minutes late, even after I had to track down another server to get it. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. We will not be returning I will be sharing my experience with the Calgary Celiac Association so no other customers with dietary concerns not a choice! waste their time money at this establishment.

Too expensive for the portion size, you see those movies where rich people spend a bill for a fancy plated pea? That's basically this.I only ever eat here when someone else is buying but I feel disgusting as a person having someone spend so much on me for so little food.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Our family has been coming to this location for my sister birthday for years now. Today being her day we came back. The appetizer came out and half portioned on large plates. Nothing was hot you could tell they have no time management because 3 out of 3 appetizers were warm not cold but definitely not a hot . That’s fine we had a large party, (7people, 2 of which were kids) However when our entrees came out my steak had no seasoning on it and was cold. I look over and there is a GIANT hair in the birthday girls salad. Easy fix. The tipping point was when another hair was found in my husband food (hair was a different colour. First was red second was grey). That was enough. Worst food and service ever the waitress even had the audacity hit on my sister boyfriend. I would not go back and I would warn anyone to not go there as well. Food over priced, half portioned and horrible service. The moment you complain don’t expect any service after, our table was completely ignored. Plates, empty cups everywhere. I had to move them to another table so we could do the cake. My husband is telling me now he actually went up to hostess to request service because the waitress refused to come to our table. Bad form Moxies, bad form
