We just called to place an order a few minutes before closing and the staff were so accommodating. Guy was kind enough to take our order in spite of the time, and did so kindly and courteously. 5/5 for him. No complaints about this location whatsoever. Definitely recommend!!!
I love to eat from mucho burrito as a regular meal once a week. I went twice in this location, first time i thought maybe this is a busy location and might be they didn't get enough time to clean the front counter where they make food but today i was the only one in looking for order. I saw a cooked meat sitting in the counter was a big thing i dont know how long this been sitting. Saw some house flight in the store. Quality of the food was worse if have a negative rating i would not think twice to give this store. hopefully someone will manage this store as it should be
I've been to a few other Mucho Burrito restaurants but this place is by far the best. I'm usually in the city once every two weeks and this is my go to place for lunch. Never disappointed and the portion is what it should be when I order my Mucho Burrito.
I was searching for a great vegetarian option near the airport and came across Mucho Burrito. It's comparable to Qdoba or Chipotle in the United States. You can personalize your meal to your liking with protein and sides. Unfortunately, salsa is considered a side dish. I opted for a small burrito and after selecting all the ingredients, they gently rolled the burrito to evenly mix everything inside. I appreciated this method as it ensured each bite was consistent. The burrito was also grilled, which I enjoyed. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely return to this location.
Cross contamination is a major issue at this restaurant... they wear gloves to appear hygienic, but the practices are not up to par. I witnessed a staff member in all black handle meat, followed by vegetables, and then use the same spoon to top a meat burrito. Essentially, the vegetable spoon was touching the meat burrito. I heard that a new owner has taken over and they are implementing necessary actions to ensure proper hygiene practices. They are advising their staff to be careful not to contaminate meat or food in general. Spoons should only be used for adding toppings, not for preparing a burrito.
