Pho Kim Vy - Calgary

Arrived right at opening and everything was clean and organized. Greeted and taken care of by friendly staff. Of course I had the Beef Satay Noodle Soup and the portion size was huge! Overall very solid.

Went hunting for a viet place by Dalhousie and came across this place. Firstly I think I messed up I was really hungry and ordered rice, my friend ordered Pho. I just notice the restaurant name when writing this review I should of ordered Pho. Anyways the Curry rice was bottom tier, the veggies had a stale taste and chicken wasn't good. I'll be back to try the Pho.

Trash, waited two hours for our food but it seemed like they lost our order as they came back to retake it, only to mess it up. I'm allergic to nuts and there was nowhere on the menu did it ever display that the food had any nuts on it, although it wasn't surprising knowing they already messed up our order. I didn't have any intention of giving them any tips but it couldn't be helped when they never gave me back my change as I handed my twenty dollar bill only to receive nothing other than an unpleasant experience.

I've been to Vietnam and the only place in this city that comes close is Pho Kim Vy!!! Best broth, best pho!! Outstanding service and great atmosphere!!

The food at Kim Vy is incredible. This place serves meals consisting of FRESH meat and vegetables. The soup is the great. Reasonable prices and the portions of meat are beyond enough. I'm Asian and I never sugar coat but some of you Asian folks are not very considerate when writing reviews. I have never darted my eyes at so much disrespect since the media going nuts after LeBron left Cleveland.
