Saigon Y2k Vietnamese - Calgary

Love the satay beef pho! The broth is tasty; it's got a little kick but I wouldn't call it spicy. The beef isn't the most tender but it gets the job done. Dumplings are good. The wonton soup with egg noodles is also quite good. It is very affordable so worth checking out.

I had a good experience at this restaurant and felt that the value was excellent. My dish of rice and pork chop was notably flavorful compared to many Vietnamese spots in Calgary. The only downside was the seafood noodle soup; I would have preferred less imitation crab and more shrimp, fish, or squid. Aside from that, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was enjoyable. It's a great little place for an affordable meal.

The Vietnamese food here is quite good. They offer a standard selection of pho, noodle bowls, and stir-fry dishes. The service is friendly, and the food is prepared quickly. Prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely return. It's a great spot to visit if you're in the area.

Service is standard. Food is good. Lots of tables. Free parking. May be overwhelmed at lunchtime sometimes so be prepared to wait. Good neighbourhood but has crime at night associated with adjacent LRT station and liquor store.

Not the best veitnamese. But it's decent for the price and there is never an issue getting a table. Service is on par with most Asian restaurants.
