The steak sandwich was also delicious. The fries were tasty and the gravy was top-notch. The music was at a perfect volume, allowing for conversation. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
The wings were freshly fried, shiny and covered in sauce. The teriyaki wings had a buttery flavor. The crowd's favorite were the salt and pepper wings. One person in our group ordered the Ghost Hot wings, but I stuck to the traditional hot wings.
After moving to the Northwest, we discovered this restaurant and have been back several times. The service is always excellent and attentive, and the food is served quickly. I tried the prime rib sandwich and it was amazing. We love coming here whenever we can find a babysitter for a delicious meal and a cold drink.
With limited choices down in Bowness for a good pub, we were very happy to find this little place one night while killing time in the area.<br/ <br/ The service is great, we have always had one specific waitress and she is friendly and quick. We have only been on wing nights, so I haven't actually tried any of the other food yet, however the wings are terrific. <br/ <br/ Tucked into an older style strip mall, I was not expecting the interior to be as nice as it is, and while I don't know what it looked like prior to the renos, I think they did a great job. I look forward to giving them a try on a weekend/non wing night soon!
Favorite pub. We've been several times in the afternoon. The menu is pretty varied with a good sampling of traditional pub fare. Everything we tried so far has been quite good. The potato skins are my wife's favorite. Dawn remembers us and what we usually drink, a nice touch.
