South St. Burger - Calgary

Food was terrible, fries tasted moldy , had 2 and threw them away. Burger tasted like a frozen patty heated in a microwave with zero seasoning. Most of that went in the garbage too. Staff were

Burger was well made but didn't follow directions and ended up with both missing toppings and extra toppings I didn't ask for.

Carl was so friendly and professional she listened to what I wanted to order. And prepared my meal like I wanted we need have more employees like Carl working at fast food. I appreciate you Carl ?

I had the Southern fried chicken burger, a poutine Boylen cream Sosa my partner had the True North combo.Both were delcious! The chicken was nice and crispy and veggies were fresh. The buns on both burgers were nice and moist.Overall really great bite to eat. Staff was friendly, it was obviously made to order, which I really like. My only complaint is that I found the gravy a little thin and would have preferred one that was thicker. Lots of cheese in the poutine and all in all was a good experience .
