Starbucks - Calgary

I always have a wonderful experience at this place! The drinks are incredibly refreshing, and my absolute favorite is the Hazelnut Latte. I can't get enough of it!

The barista who handled my order, I think her name was Moi, was incredibly kind and really made my day better. Thank you!

On top of that, parking is a real hassle. While it's easy to drive into the area, I spent about seven minutes trying to find a way out. There's only one entrance and one exit, which seems poorly designed for the shopping mall. Since Starbucks is located right at the parking lot entrance, navigating out while everyone else is coming in makes it even more difficult.

This is the best Starbucks location I've been to. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The drinks are also excellent!

I also bought a tall, double-walled clear drink cup for $20.85 on February 4, 2023. Today, I found that the seal had failed, allowing water to become trapped between the two walls of the cup. When I called the store, I learned that they only have a 60-day return policy. I was surprised because I believe this should be treated as a defect or warranty issue, rather than just a return. It's quite shocking that they only guarantee these pricey cups for such a brief period, and this policy should definitely be communicated at the time of purchase.
