Stromboli Inn - Calgary

We went there with 5 friends for a birthday dinner. We were definitely not disappointed at our choice of restaurant. This family run gem is located in the heart of Bridgeland in an wee house. It is small and intimate and offers extra seating in the front porch area which is where we dined and took advantage of the lovely breeze. There are 23 different choices of pizza on the menu. The crust is thick but light and airy. The toppings are fresh and flavorful with a rich sauce. Our group ordered several different 8" pizzas and all of us enjoyed our choices immensely. The service was warm and friendly. There is loads of free parking. A treat for the tastebuds for sure.

Disclaimer: I'm writing this review feeling fat and satisfied on incredible pizza and red wine. It's a really good feeling, and if you want to feel it too, I'd highly recommend you give Stromboli Inn a try sooner rather than later.It's located in a charmingly small century(ish) bungalow in Bridgeland, so right off the bat it's winning some serious notches on the adorable scale. The interior is the same size as the dining and living rooms would be in a small bungalow, seating about four tables, or 16(ish) people. While the inside has a nice and intimate, yet family style feel with all the photos on the walls, I'd highly recommend grabbing a spot on the exceptionally cute covered patio. It's off the Main Street in Bridgeland, so it's a nice quiet place in the jars of the city to eat some tasty Italian 'za' as the sun goes down.

Really friendly staff willing to hold a table reservation for 4 people. Just like the old Stromboli in Kensington

We had a wonderfull diner ! The hosts were very friendly and helpfull:) Normally i don't eat the crusts of a pizza but here it was so delicious i did eat it ;)

Small but delicious Bridgeland pizza institution with a thick crust that is light and very good. Only a few tables inside and a nice covered patio. Service was a bit slow with 1 server for the whole restaurant. Some great options on specialty pizzas and we are sure to go back to try the lobster and crab pizza. Good old school pizza... worth the stop.
