All the fooood taste amazing, especially after our 24 hours flight from Indonesia.Sichuan mapo tofu and their steam chicken are the bestt!!
One of our favorite spots in Calgary for authentic Cantonese cuisine. The cold steamed crab was fresher than the ginger and green onion stir-fried version. The chicken in the basket was also delicious. We particularly enjoyed the egg yolk fried ling cod, which was soft and tender. For dessert, they usually serve red bean soup, but we chose the mango grapefruit tapioca dessert soup instead, which was delightful and perfectly balanced in sweetness.
The food is tasty, but they've significantly reduced their portion sizes. I would feel let down by this, but the flavors still make up for it. The service was satisfactory as well.
Also waited an hour for dishes to come. At the 30min point, we asked for a follow up, they said its normal to wait for 20 mins cause they have to stir fry it.东lemon水 doesn't come with sugar. If u upgrade to ice honey lemon water, then you get honey. Never been to a cha-chang-ting where I was told this.Service is non existent... ?
The dim sum and dishes here are excellent, with a unique style that makes them very tasty. However, I did find the young waitress to be rude, while the male waiter was attentive and helpful.
