The Hamptons Golf Club - Overlook Restaurant

Large round gold followed by a large meal. I'll eat again. I recommend it.

There are so many options to choose from at this restaurant! I was impressed by the variety, but next time I need to come sooner rather than later. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was the absolute best I have ever had! Even a month later, I still dream about it...

The food options were plentiful, with the usual golf club menu available on their website as well as daily specials listed on a separate leaflet. One of the specials was the Ribeye Steak, which I opted for and found to be delicious at a reasonable price of $26. The atmosphere was pleasant, the tables were well spaced, and the prices were fair. I can definitely see myself returning in the future.

My friend and I came for an early dinner midweek. The restaurant was quiet, so we were able to choose a table overlooking the golf course and lake. The autumn evening was beautiful and we enjoyed the view from our seats. We both had steak sandwiches and a glass of wine. The steaks were thin but cooked well. The wine was good. The standout of our experience was the helpful and welcoming server. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We will definitely be returning.

We went to the Overlook, as it is now open to the General (not golf public. Beautiful, friendly, very efficient staff, wonderful variety on the menu, each person at our table enjoyed their meal (7 of us and the prices were also great, especially for the high quality of food. Bonus: Living in the neighborhood, it is 5 minutes walk! and the views from the terrace were stunning! Will definitely be back :
