Very modern and spacious. The food though is bad, really bad. We were the only table that evening and we understood afterwards why...The mixed grilled fish I ordered was frozen, then boiled... for too long. My boyfriend meat also tasted like frozen then boiled but definitely not grilled. We ordered a presunto and tomato starter and got a slice of bread, a slice of tomato, a slice of ham and a slice of melted cheese served to us for 8,50€. We kindly mentioned to the (lovely and smiling) waitress that the food was not good, asked if the fish was indeed frozen, that it was too cooked etc and even though she politely apologised, no gesture was done when it came to our 64€ bill for a barely motorway petrol station quality of food.
Having enjoyed the gallery enjoy a bite to eat here excellent choice and clearly popular with locals.
...great stylish environment... Recommended also just for a short stay if you are not visiting the museum..
Late lunch rounded off the visit of an interesting modern art museum. The interior was obviously designed with consideration of its neighbor, and the same might be said of the dishes. And it even tasted well: tomato soup and house-salad were more than sufficient to be full like from a full-course meal, but there is a complete menu for those who need something meaty of fishy.
This is really a restaurant where you should not only go when you visit the museum. The cuisine is local, but very fine. The white house wine is of a very hogn quality (2,50 per glass). The fish soup was also extraordinary good.
