On Saturday nights, the 'Range' hosts musical performances that you can enjoy right from your RV. We cooked dinner, danced, and even made some new friends during our stay. Make sure to check out the Library, where you can grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the company of chickens. While Slab City is great for a night or two, it may not be the most comfortable place to stay for an extended period unless you're looking for a budget-friendly option. There are no amenities available, so be prepared to bring everything you need and pack it all out when you leave. The summer heat can be intense, so it's best to visit in the winter. And watch out for unleashed dogs if you're traveling with pets. Overall, Slab City and the Range offer a unique and memorable experience for adventurous RVers.
