Soto's True Earth Market - Cambria

I stopped getting brot and her vegan cookies. I've already tried the chocolate chip cookie and it was from this world. super recommended! I didn't try anything else but to make the stop for this cookie.

In love to sotos cafe will go out of my way in cambria for her big sur black bohnenburger, it is incredible. they also have an amazing “poke” dish from tomato! can make most of the dinge vegan, super courtesy and friendly staff! great vegan tasty also in their dessert case! can not recommend enough!

Many vegan finds like vegan rob and other cool brands. beautiful vegan stuffing on the map on the back of the market. I have vegan raw cauliflower chips and the vegan sushi handroll at the Deli thing in the back. super tasty eating and cute little place would go a lot more.

We checked another bakery in the city and couldn't find any vegan bakery. true earth market had 5 sorts vegan cookies! it can be hard to find vegan baked goods and this market could satisfy my demand! btw, the market looked very good with other vegans were on camp.

This was my 1st stop in Cambria to buy groceries lunch, based on Happy Cow's recommendations. It's not totally vegan but indeed has many options and they will modify anything, just tell them. The staff appears to take vegan needs very seriously which is always a relief. The food tasted delicious, original, and fresh was enjoyed by non-vegans as well; the curry chickn salad is yummy on a baguette.
