I just now left the Cambridge Wendy's and the girl on the register (inside) had one of the absolute most horrible attitudes I have witnessed in a long time. She acted as though she could care less if she took your order or even if you got your order
Closed the dining room because there were too many (7) cars in the dining room. Took me 15 minutes to get someone’s attention to find out how to pick up my mobile order. After 45 minutes they finally brought me the wrong burgers and then had to wait 15 minutes for them to make more bacon. After nearly an hour and a half, we finally got on the road with salt-less fries and lukewarm burgers. 0 stars if I could.
Employees don't know how to shut off sign lights when closed. Combined with a schedule that fluctuates it can be confusing. Adding to that is the fact they simply don't interact with people that go to the drive thru. A simple sorry we're closed would be appreciated. I was not the only one confused by this.
Spent $32 dollars there and not one thing in my bag was correct. SMH
