Pizza Hut - Camden

My partner had her children staying with us, so we decided to try Pizza Hut in Kentish Town. I ordered a thin crust pizza but received a thick crust one with very little tomato sauce or toppings. Even worse, there were no dipping sauces provided for the crust, which is something that kids typically enjoy. I had to make my own instead. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing dipping sauce, I was told that you only receive one if you pay with cash. I found this to be quite stingy, especially considering that we had already paid for our pizzas online. There was no apology, just someone shouting at me over the phone. It was a really frustrating experience. I would recommend avoiding this place.

The delivery order was of poor quality and not up to standard. It was ordered for one of our directors at work, but the driver who delivered it was extremely helpful. He advised us to contact the restaurant and they sent out a new order promptly. The replacement order arrived in a timely manner, and the driver was polite and attentive. He deserves credit for his excellent service.
