Contribuisci feedbackI don’t understand why I keep ordering from this place. There’s always something wrong with my order. Today, I asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese on ciabatta, and guess what? There was no sausage! I paid for it but didn’t receive it. On top of that, the bread was burnt. They also never include napkins or utensils in the bag. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Panera. Just terrible!
The food was cold and the baguette was tough and frozen, probably because it was left in an open bag with just one seal sticker. The pizza was also very cold and hard; the tomatoes were green and mushy, which was quite unappealing. I managed to eat one piece but couldn't finish it. I love Panera, but I'll never order it through DoorDash again.
Absolutely terrible! I ordered three breakfast sandwiches, and they were all unpleasant. They were dry, tiny, and overpriced! To make matters worse, the brioche roll was just two bottom halves.
Ordered 13 Bagel Pack delivered only 5 with no explanation or discount. Soup had clearly been on heat and reducing for hours. Became to salty to eat. Proration less than a pint for $8,00 Will not order from them again.
Always busy, but this is a good thing never disappointed in the food quality of one of my favorite places especially this time of the year because I a soup lover keep the good work guys.
