I've read reviews, and I see that I'm not the first to complain, but obviously nothing is done. They had just pulled out a fresh pizza and I pointed out to this pizza and asked for a piece, he ignored me and gave me a piece of the old pizza sitting there, he was also very short and I felt I was crashed. There is no customer service here. If you hate your customers and your work so much, go somewhere else.
The food is terrible. Dry. No taste. Noodles were $7 and too dry to eat. You had a cripple. Well, I was was wasting $20 and my daughter and I have empty stomach pain because the food was so bad that we couldn't eat it at all. That makes me a star. It's not your choice.
The experience here was terrible. I stood by the counter and waited for someone waiting for me. When my husband complained about the too long pizza, they were burned when he finally pulled out the slices without warming up another piece. I'd never eat here again. I personally don't like the pizza, but we were hoping to get a simple piece for my Picky-Eater-Kid.
It's true it's overpriced, but I was so hungry that I didn't pay. As far as taste is concerned, who knows, because my pane slipped from the plate directly onto the mall floor. I turned around him and said, Oh, no, it fell off the record? He said Mohamed to me? What do you want me to do??? I asked if he would replace it, he shook his head no. My only satisfaction is that the family of three behind me went away from me in solidarity! They said they wouldn't eat there after they saw that. Someone should retrain him through customer service skills.
Pizza is average, which is completely fine. What the one star is for is the fact that one slice of cheese is $4.55ish after taxes, which is absolutely insane. And sure you can blame the pandemic if you'd life for prices but the cost to profit ratio for Pizza places is very big. So maybe a slight increase of you feel it's absolutely necessary, but that much for a slice of cheese is absolutely asinine.
