I placed order, got back to work and I had the wrong sandwich, I called them and they actually delivered me my correct order. That was definitely appreciated and great customer service .

To start I have to say that I love Simply Turkey. It has always exceeded my expectations for salads in particular. They can be pricey, however, I always thought their salads were worth every penny given the many topping options, freshness, and volume of what they give you. Especially since the most common alternative pizza place salads you can get seem to be 80% iceburg lettuce for the same price if not higher so I avoid them all together if I want a good salad. I frequently recommend Simply Turkey as the best place for a take out salad to everyone. Sadly today, for the first time ever (i 've been eating at Simply for YEARS), I was very disappointed with my take out order. My large salad had less than a small salad usually does. A small salad can usually be divided into 2 meals. A large, 3 easy. To top it off I ordered a Boss salad with roasted turkey and I paid extra to add chicken as well. When I looked at the salad once in my car there was maybe 2 or 3 oz of chicken on top but I saw no turkey. I went back inside to ask if there was even turkey in it and I was told it 's in the middle . When I got home and looked closer at the salad there was perhaps an 1/8th cup of turkey. About 2 bites. Guess im lucky I ordered extra protein so there would be some on it. Pretty sad for a $19 salad. I can 't say I won 't be back. Maybe it was employee error and she needs to be re-educated on creating a salad that meets your normal standards. I truly hope that 's the case and you aren 't scaling back because people that are used to what you normally provide won 't be happy to spend that kind of money on a salad like that. If it happens again...lesson learned and I 'll go elsewhere.

Ignore my user name. I have my original pack with Mayo and it was good, but it's so much smaller than before. It is disappointing, my friends Salat was also smaller than before

It's my favorite sandwich place in the area. I'll get the Kong. Fresh ingredients and great staff. I try to go at least once a week.
