Whistle Stop - Camp Hill

Wow. This place looks so inconceivable from the outside (and inside with its old style tables, chairs and laminated menus) so that we do not expect gourmet food. We were shocked how good everything was. We have to start the lobster Mac and it was full of meat and was a big part for $16. We also have mozzarella moons that were very tasty and $10. We didn't get good pictures because we were starving. For entrees we got the pan meerrot salmon, which was so delicate, juicy and flocculent. It was served with wild spinach and a crab and asparagus risotto. Unbelievable and a huge portion of salmon. We also got the chicken bacon Ranch sandwich with frits and it was also a big part. The fries were sooo crispy and tasty, especially with their ranch. The chicken fillet made the bungalow funny small. The rabbit was a little soggy, but the sandwich was still delicious. The prices are in place and our waitress was incredible. We can't wait to come back!

I've dined at this restaurant a few times, and I've always enjoyed the food. The staff is attentive and always willing to assist you with anything you need. I've tried the crab burger and the fish and chips on Fridays, and both were excellent. The prices are on par with most other places, and they offer a solid menu along with a great selection of drinks. If you're in the area and looking for a pleasant dining experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Great place for late night menu....like Gouda Mac n Cheese! Yum!

The Brewhouse features an impressive menu with a variety of options to explore. I ordered the Jambalaya and a meat dish served with potatoes and corn. Both meals were accompanied by generous salads—Caesar with the meat dish and house salad with the Jambalaya. The portions were substantial. The Jambalaya was particularly delicious, packed with scallops, shrimp, ham, and sausage, all simmered in a rich broth with rice and topped with green onions. The meat dish was complemented by tasty potatoes and grilled corn, which was a delightful addition. The waiter was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. However, the noise level in the front dining area was a bit overwhelming. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for the excellent food.
