Great food and great pricing, I have dined here many times and have found the best time to go is between 8am and 11am. The coffees and chai lattés are great and not powdery too. Everyone that works there is always super friendly too.

Best coffee in this part of the city and delicious bacon and egg roll. It comes on a very fresh, soft bun with a tasty relish.

Whenever I am at the office, my favorite place to get coffee is Capital Grind. The customer service there is consistently exceptional - they always remember my name and my favorite kind of coffee. They offer a variety of lunch options, and their food is straightforward and delicious, perfect for a comforting meal.

I visited CBR to meet up with a friend last night and was looking for a breakfast spot that wasn't the expensive option at the hotel. I ended up at a cafe where I enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced big breakfast. It included toasted/fried sourdough, poached eggs, tomato, a perfect hash brown, bacon, and chorizo. Normally it also comes with avocado, but I asked for it to be left out. The food was perfectly prepared, fresh, and hot. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere, while simple and low-key, was charming. This is definitely one of the top five cafe breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.
