This was a very good find. We ate there twice during our short stay in Canberra. Very nice Japanese food at affordable price. Very kids friendly and good selection of dishes. I hope that the restaurant gets plenty of local support because we hope to eat there again when we return to Canberra.
This was our first time in Canberra and we got the most delicious Japanese food we have ever had. The staff is helpful and thoughtful. And the grilled squid legs which is not on the menu (but reckoned by the chef) is really yummy! Pork ramen is another great choice in this place. My husband ate them up even the soup in the bowl.
$10 for a bowl of rice with four strips of chicken does not seem worth it. Staff friendly. Just wanted more chicken.
The place is quite small but cozy, it was so quiet you could of heard a chopstick drop even though every table was full. The dishes are lovely presented and tasty. My only gripe was it is a little costly for the serves you get.
