However due to staff shortages the wait was a long time, and the serving sizes were super small, especially the kids pasta. They was no way out kids would get full off the pasta. So we let them eat some of our fries and appetizer.
Holy smokes this place is amazing. The drink menu is so incredibly diverse, well crafted, and updated often. The food menu is even more diverse with an amazing combination of flavors and textures on every single plate! If you have ever been to Bull and Beggar or The Chestnut and were a fan, PLEASE go to Griff?s because it is right on the same plane as Beggar and Chestnut. Yes, it is absolutely worth the drive from downtown!
The food was absolutely wonderful! My bf and I came here on our first date last year and loved it! Almost exactly a year later we came back for Valentine?s Day and it was so good once again! The chicken confit was so moist and fell off the bone and the bulgogi burger with kimchi and an egg was super delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you guys.
This restaurant is a must try. It is well worth the short drive from downtown Asheville. We tried a few different items from the menu and everything was spectacular. Don't forget about the cocktails! We will be back.
This is a great restaurant that seems to be a favorite of locals. The pork shoulder and gnocchi are a must-have if you come here! The pork shoulder is so moist yet has a beautiful smokey char to it (it's incredible). Get the peach cheesecake if they have it on the menu The staff was so incredibly friendly and was able to accommodate a large group for us (8 people) with ease!
