Bare Bistro - Canmore

Seriously some of the best breakfast I have ever had! Home made eggs Benedict with beautiful cherry tomatoes, perfect poached eggs, fresh herbs, and AMAZING hollandaise sauce. My husband had what he called the best egg sandwich of his life, and our two kids gobbled up the pancakes and strawberries. Coffee is excellent and the couple running the place are so kind and helpful. Our food was packed up to go so carefully and prepared quickly. Check out the Bare Bistro when you’re extra hungry! You won’t be let down!

Ate breakfast here and the food was fantastic. There were only 2 options for breakfast: a breakfast sandwich and a ham/eggs Benedict and both were delicious. Would definitely recommend this cozy spot for all travelers. They also have a variety of pastries and cookies for you to take on the road!

I tried the breakfast sandwich and coffee at this restaurant and it was definitely worth the visit! The food is all handcrafted using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. The coffee was also amazing, locally roasted. I highly recommend stopping by this place!

My family and I stopped at this restaurant for some sandwiches while passing through Banff. It's a bit hidden away from the crowded main street, which was a nice change of pace. The sandwiches were absolutely amazing! Both my partner, father and I were extremely satisfied with our lunch. We also purchased some cookies and a lemon poppyseed loaf for the road, and everything was delicious! The owners were incredibly friendly and happy to chat with us about the area. We will definitely return to try more of their sandwiches and treats next time we pass through Banff. You can also find their products at Rusticana Grocery and the Banff Farmers Market. Wherever you come across Bare Bistro, we highly recommend giving them a try!
