Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I had a great experience at the McDonald's restaurant in Cannington. They have 10 self-service machines, which is convenient during busy times. The restaurant was clean, with staff constantly cleaning the tables. The interior was modern and contemporary, with a variety of seating options including standard tables and chairs as well as long bench style with bar stools. There is a separate enclosed area for those looking to escape any noise, as well as a fully enclosed children's playroom. Additionally, there is a Mac Cafe offering a variety of cakes and sweet treats. The only downside was the lack of menus displayed above where you order and pay, for those who prefer not to use the self-service machines.

Overall, this is a decent restaurant, but I did encounter a few problems during my visit. The owner's daughter tried to defend the restaurant after I made a minor complaint about my drink not being filled up by saying that her father built the place. I quickly corrected her by mentioning that her father was not the one who built the restaurant. It seemed to surprise her. I used to work at a different location years ago and saw a new store being built by my boss. I would have continued working there if I hadn't taken an apprenticeship instead. So, I know the truth and won't be swayed by false claims.

The manager expertly dealt with technical issues like a pro. Although the restaurant is frequently crowded and very busy, the staff work hard to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth flow for customers.

Ridiculous! I ordered online to pick up, but their system could not recognize because the phone that is ordered is not with me. and the nuggets are much more expensive because it has past midnight due to the cancellation of the order and reorder in the load! was that?

My wife ordered chai latte extra hot and asked that it be in a mug, but was served in a cup? Waitress poured into mug when asked, but this occurred again the next day....aaarrrggh! McMuffins were served quickly but were cold and looked like cheese...had been in a massacre...half blown out over paper wrapping. Won’t be back.
